Cool characters - Nice Dulac feel on the first one...
I can't wait to see more Shelly Wan MTG art. Show 'em how it's done :-P I LOVE your Sage of Fables card. Can you post that? It's on the Magic site, but pretty small.
Gorgeous work you have here Shelly.. I especially like the traditional paintings below.P.S. Nice work on the imagineFX article (i know it was a while back, but i just stumbled across it!)ciao,JS
Hey. I'm up here in Burbank now. Doing fulltime Contract work. Where are the good figure drawing classes!?!?!!?!?!??
Damn good as usual! Garsh!
fun! you just keep gettin better and better shelly.. keep up the habit!
Handsome fellow, isn't he? The background turned out really well.
That's beautiful shelly! Much more impressive seeing it up close. It's hard to imagine that this "went wrong", but I know how it is when what you've got planned in your head doesn't make in to the painting. Good stuff either way!
Nice MtG illustrations. I actually like that water color one that you did. Maybe you just need more color separation. Really cool image though.
Hi Shelly,Wonderful art. I'd seen the Mothdust Changeling on the WotC site, but the larger version of the Sage of Fables is also great!I'll be in the States soon for GDC, and was wondering if you would be willing to sign some cards for me if I posted them to you including a return addressed and postage paid envelope?Looking forward to see more of your art on cards in the future!Cheers,Rick
Just wanted to say, the link from coceptart.org does not work. For your old homepage I guess. Love your art :)
