Back from D.C. Galleries

Over the long weekend i went to DC in hope of seeing some Dewings at the Freer gallery. It was an expensive trip and really nerdy, but man did i desired it. The time was too short for a real enjoyment of the pieces(had to hit six different museums in 2 1/2 days), but i had taken pictures almost franticly so i can look at them now in leisure. And now i can share some with you too~ Below are pieces by different artists, i might add their names later, but now i better get to bed~ :-)

Thanks for the post! I've looked for a good Dewing book, but I can only find a very expensive/older book. Have you had any luck?

hey Francis,

Yeah i have that one. i got it for 82 bucks but i think it's about 200 now. i don' think there's any other as good as this one, but you can certainly look up Freer gallery or smithosonian websites to see if they have any.

best,
sw

Hi Shelly,

Lovely paintings, I visited some museums in New York a month or so ago and took plenty of photos myself. I could have stayed for weeks.

However, that's not why I'm commenting. I'd like to hire you as a concept artist for a small video game project.

I used to know a few people at Rockstar, so you can check me out to see I'm legitimate.

Please feel free to contact me at Katherine.roe@gmail.com

Thank you,

Katherine
